Ms. Oliver assists clients in designing and implementing resolutions to family disputes that protect their assets and consider future implications of their legal dispute. Working with clients in families of all descriptions she is experienced in the areas of adoption, guardianship, separation, divorce, support, prenuptial and post nuptial agreements, settlement agreements and simple wills, powers of attorney and medical directives.

An experienced litigator, Ms. Oliver is also extensively involved in Collaborative Practice to assist clients who seek a healthy resolution to the crisis of divorce, dissolution and break-up. She served as an intern in the CINA Unit at the Legal Aid Bureau while in law school, clerked for a Judge in Baltimore City, testified for a victim in a domestic violence case, served as an Assistant State’s Attorney in Baltimore County, and was partner with the law firm of Hodes, Pessin and Katz, P.A., prior to forming Oliver Family Law.
